The <a href="http://www.mmsa.org/SCITEC">SCITEC Network</a> project is a three-year project, made up of Career and Technical Education Centers and their sending high schools who are working together to help Maine high school students meet <a href="http://http://www.maine.gov/education/lres/pei/index.html"><i style="">Maine’s Learning Results</i></a> related to engineering and technological design. Development of and participation in collaborative design projects and challenges is one of the components of this project. The EEEB challenge was developed jointly among high school and CTE teachers and is in its second year.
